Don’t ask for service outside of Bethesda They were terrible. Felt like I was trying to deal with cable service instead of a luxury car. In Delaware on vacation and the new car wouldn’t start They were terrible. Felt like I was trying to deal with cable service instead of a luxury car. In Delaware on vacation and the new car wouldn’t start. They basically told me to ride 2 )hours with the tow truck or rent a car which I pay for and they would reimburse me. Simone, the sales manager said “I am sorry, it sucks” worst customer service ever. Don’t buy from Audi Bethesda the worst. Never agains. They say anything to get you to buy a car. More

His kindness and assistance during the test drives (yes, multiple), sale and delivery were exceptional. Simone was lovely to work with (and chat with) during the nitty gritty paperwork, making it breeze to get through. Saad and the rest of the service staff (during a follow up visit) were incredibly accommodating in checking on a (mid)perceived issue I thought I had. More
