‼️Buyer Beware‼️ I’m writing this review to warn other buyers about a very deceptive practice at VW of North Tampa. I purchased a truck from this dealership and was charged almost $4,000 for two warran buyers about a very deceptive practice at VW of North Tampa. I purchased a truck from this dealership and was charged almost $4,000 for two warranties, which were listed on my paperwork as “accessories.” I repeatedly asked multiple times if these warranties could be removed. Each time, I was told they came with the vehicle and could not be taken off. I went forward with the purchase because I genuinely love the truck and I still do, but something didn’t feel right. I contacted the warranty companies directly, and they informed me that the warranties actually come with the vehicle for free and that there should have been no cost at all. I immediately contacted the dealership. Over the past two months, I have been run around nonstop, despite being told over the phone, via email, and through text messages that the warranties would be canceled and the money refunded to my lender. As of today, that has not happened. Because of this, I have filed formal complaints with: • The Attorney General • The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (Dealer Compliance) I have also attached a photo of my proposal so others can see how the warranties were misrepresented as “accessories.” Please be very careful when reviewing your paperwork here. Ask questions, read everything line by line, and do not assume anything “comes with the car.” Learn from my experience and don’t fall for it. More

if I could give zero stars I would. When I tried to get into a lease which was one of the options the GM advised of, they then acted as if there were no vehicles available. My sales persons Michael and Fadi as well as the GM himself have not answered phone calls, text, messages left with people. They have my vehicle since Saturday February 16th. They told me they would Transport it, Yet had Fadi drive it back at high speeds over 75 miles. just to tell me that it wasn't fixed and he had to drive it back to Tampa which on both trips he was speeding in my vehicle that has bad shaking issues that were never disclosed to me. since the vehicle was was brought back I have heard nothing from VW in regards to my vehicle or getting into a lease or my contracts being canceled. This place is a NIGHTMARE to say the least. I have barely been able to eat concentrate and do normal day to day things since realizing that my 19k vehicle which should have been a little over 23k after the outrageous added taxes and fees and vw advantage and my 2k deposit is now reflecting as a 32k finance loan in the bank that financed me STAY AWAY RUN. unless you want sleepless nights. having to force feed your self. and to struggle with work and other day to day activities STAY AWAY More
