On Monday, March 3, 2025, I picked out the 2022 Honda pilot, just turned in for trade at Conway Crane. My salesman at Kia, Crane’s sister company next door, relayed my interest and started working on pro pilot, just turned in for trade at Conway Crane. My salesman at Kia, Crane’s sister company next door, relayed my interest and started working on producing keys for me to test drive the pilot. Crane did not have keys for the Pilot. Every day Mr Finch responded to me about the no key problem. Crane finally had a locksmith complete keys on March 6, 2025. after driving the Honda pilot, I communicated my interest to purchase the vehicle. Crane Set two days to have the detailing and 18 point inspection initiated. However, it was not complete until 11 March, 2025. The Pilot was still pulling to the right and the detailing was not complete. I had to take it back in. Once I was in there at Crane, they told me it would be three hours, but had no courtesy vehicle for me. I had to call Mr. Finch. Kia was able to give me courtesy vehicle during the key episode, 1st detailing and alignment situation, and provide me with one for the three hours of the final detailing/alinment visit.. Each and every time I needed anything, Mr. Finch/Kia was able to accommodate in areas where Crane was falling short. I do, however, want to highlight there was an attendant helping me during the last three hour waiting period at Crane. He helped me clear out the locks on the display board of my purchased Pilot, from the prior owner,z He was competent and kind. I love my new Honda pilot. If you need to purchase a vehicle, go to Kia and ask for Mr. Steven Finch More
