I don’t think that it’s right that you sell vehicles with a package that includes a rental in the event that something breaks on our vehicle and then you never have an actual rental for the customer. I took my van in for work due to a recall. They were dishonest with me and told me it would take 90 minutes. After 2 hours they informed me it would take 3 hours or more. I had no way to get home was forced to take a rental. By the time they finished my van was there 7 hours. I had to go back the next day to pick up my van and rearrange my schedule. They have poor communication skills never once explained why it took so long and never once said they were sorry for all the problems they caused me. If they had sent me a survey I would of given them an F. More
