After a minor rear-end collision in my husband’s brand-new pickup truck, a first-time accident for us, we were feeling overwhelmed with the process of dealing with the other party’s insurance. From the moment we walked into the Beaver Collision Center for an initial quote, Stacy Murray provided outstanding service, quickly setting our minds at ease by breaking down the unfamiliar process. His knowledge and expertise were evident from our very first conversation. Stacy went above and beyond to set clear and realistic expectations up front, but his exceptional service didn’t stop there. Throughout the process, he stayed in constant communication, providing timely updates that kept us fully informed and reassured. We were never left wondering about the status of our repair. Stacy even took it upon himself to coordinate the rental car return timing for us, removing any additional stress on our end. He did an excellent job answering all our questions along the way, anticipating our needs, and handling all the details with the insurance company. His attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable. We are beyond grateful for Stacy’s support and guidance every step of the way. Beyond Stacy’s immense kindness and professionalism, the quality of work on our truck was absolutely flawless and done sooner than initially anticipated! It looks as good as the day we drove it off the lot, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Stacy was excellent. Proactively reached out, gave updates, sent pictures and most importantly responded to every form of communication. I do called, I got a call back. If I texted, I got a text back with minutes if not right away. He tracked down the adjuster when they became non responsive to me and got answers. Getting hit by someone and then almost ignored by the adjuster was quite frustrating and Stacy took care of things and made it easy. I am very appreciative of having him as my rep. More

I was so amazed, The estimate done elsewhere was twice as much and they had left my car all dirty yet right away Stacy cleaned up my car and took the pictures, I felt confident all would be all right.
