Dustin is always very helpful, greets me by name, friendly and honest. I also really appreciate Tristan as the mechanic - he takes the time to explain everything to me and has suggestions as to prope friendly and honest. There is a very positive and upbeat energy in the service department that I did not feel for a while ... whatever changes you have been making, they have been very positive changes. There was a Service Advisor - he was a taller guy, kind of bald, and had glasses - nothing against him personally, but I did not like having my car checked in with him. He just did not have an upbeat personality. I have not seen him the past couple of visits. I prefer to go to Dustin. More

Attempted to force me to purchase permaplate on my car prior to them placing it on the car. We then had to hassle over the price, over multiple days which ended up them placing it on the purchased unit ev prior to them placing it on the car. We then had to hassle over the price, over multiple days which ended up them placing it on the purchased unit even though they were very aware we were unhappy about it. When I went to view the car, I was told I couldn’t see it because it was in service then swept off to do paperwork, even though I wasn’t able to view the unit. While waiting for paperwork, and discussing the price of the Permaplate, the on duty manger decided it would be a perfect time to yell across the room that we shouldn’t be complaining because both the unit we were looking at and the other customer’s unit were discounted so we should NOT be complaining. I’ve worked in finance and other parts of the industry to know that the customer service from this dealership is a joke. More
