Jackie was very helpful and finding me just the right Ridgeline, especially during the recall. She found a truck at another dealer that had’t been recalled. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you. Lack of transparency and communication on all sides -Between the two Sister stores -Between salesmen from each store -Between salesmen and financial advisors -Lack of checking the vehicle before t -Between the two Sister stores -Between salesmen from each store -Between salesmen and financial advisors -Lack of checking the vehicle before the sale Results: Because the car needed fixed from not being checked, the customer sent the car back to the Honda AutoNation shop less than 24 hours later and had to be taken to a sister location, (AutoNation Chevy). Sales then on the AutoNation Chevy side decided to call to convince the customer to buy a new car to get commission from it. (Bad idea) customer would loose out on the down payment from the car that was just bought and the loan switch would cost the customer around 7,000 loss for the customer. After agreeing with Chevy AutoNation that buying a new car is best because it has no issues with it not knowing that I would loose out on our down payment from our last vehicle and loan because Honda AutoNation would not accept the car being fixed because it’s outside it’s 5 day window from being outside the shop. (Customer was not told this and customer did not take it out of the shop Chevy AutoNation did.)at the time the new car got to Chevy AutoNation it was too late to make a good decision on buying a new vehicle. During this process the customer was called by both sides of each AutoNation store by sales, mechanic, and financial advisors. No one mentioned what the result would be if I got the new car. Example: If Honda AutoNation communicated with Chevy AutoNation about what the consequences of buying a new car from the other dealership would be. I realize that not everyone is perfect and don’t expect it. I just hope everyone involved learns from this experience. I am happy to have a care that works and it looks great but how I got there was the issue. I hope everyone has a wonderful day. Thanks, Jason Cramer More

I went and got a car from auto nation Honda Clearwater. I was worried for so many reasons, I needed a car with low mileage but also affordable, what if I can’t get a loan because of my credit, is this the I was worried for so many reasons, I needed a car with low mileage but also affordable, what if I can’t get a loan because of my credit, is this the right time? But they helped me through the entire process and got me approved within minutes! After I got the car the next day noticed a squeaking when I was going over bumps while the entire engine was so pristine clean, so I brought it back up there, and figured I was going to have to spend a pretty penny to get new struts. Instead, they handled the entire thing for me without one dollar even out of pocket and helped me with a free rental during the process! And if you know anything about struts, it could cost a grand! There isn’t another single thing wrong with the car at all, and it’s a used vehicle, which is hard to find something so decent that’s used! The service was exceptional, trying to get updates was so easy, and just the fact that I was able to find EXACTLY what I wanted without any kind of set back… was truly the most amazing thing for me. This is the first time I’ve had an extremely pleasant experience at a dealership and I will honestly be back, for my next car! Thank you guys so much, truly! More
