Bait and switch. Rundown dealership with even worse sales tactics. Glad I did not waste my time with them. Yes, all the sleezy tricks were attempted but I stuck to my guns. I don't let them go back and forth to their manager. I tell them they have one chance and one chance only. They then try to call me over and over. DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE when they call. Starting at 5K over MSRP is ridiculous. Use this against them and walk out. Do not give them a counteroffer since they have not made you a legit offer. So glad I did not buy from them..... read the reviews....they can't all be wrong. More

Visiting this dealership left a very sour taste in my mouth after attempting to workout a deal with their team. I sat with Sergio who ran the same old tired car salesman gimmicks. He left my girlfriend a mouth after attempting to workout a deal with their team. I sat with Sergio who ran the same old tired car salesman gimmicks. He left my girlfriend and I waiting multiple times for lengthy periods as he claimed to go “check with the manager”. Each time returning to exclaim what a great deal he had worked out with us all the while the price of the car being marked up several thousand dollars over MSRP. After making a counter offer he asked me to sign a piece of paper that looked very unofficial with a ton of chicken scratch on it , in order for the offer to be proposed to his manager. The document stated at the bottom that it was binding, and that I agreed to buy the car. Overall this dealership made me feel quite uncomfortable and uneasy with the whole experience. One week after visiting with them I was able to locate a dealer whom did not gouge me on added dealer accessories and packages, which he stated was not out there. I’d stay away and not refer anyone to do any business with this team. More
