Recently I needed to take care of a little scheduled maintenance on one of my vehicles and I left the dealership feeling as if I was literally family to the help and attention I received in the service department. eg, That's one of the most important variables to me as a consumer, whereas it gives me reason to stick with a family of providers for my automotive needs for many years to come.
