We arrived and Sam was finishing up a sale with another customer, that’s when we met Cristian one of Sam’s associates. Cristian was awesome to talk with, funny and a great listener. Somewhere along the line Cristian was able to dial into our wants and likes and legitimately upgraded us into a larger and newer SUV which both my wife and myself absolutely love!!!
