frustration, questionable honesty/methods and weak response at every level Within days after purchase: electrical problems and a window on the passenger side that groans and jams. I’m having to drive back to where I live near Idaho so I’m unable to get into “perfection”Honda. I sent film of the busted window to Eric and got a message asking me if I wanted to come in and buy a car… Sent more messages to diff people in org and spoke to someone who claimed to be a “manager” but they were there on their off day…when I spoke to Eric he said the manager has to handle it…when I spoke to the manager he said Eric has to handle it… Typical buck passing. Makes me think of that Spider-Man meme, where the Spideys are all pointing at each other …This is going to get interesting… Update: After having to SCREAM , I got Eric to call Twin Falls Honda and set up an appointment, explain what the situation was etc…After all, it’s a brand new car that shouldn’t be in this condition at all. Later I got a call from Twin Falls Honda who said “bring your car and we will get it right in.” I went and got right in. The window regulator is fried… I used the window once and it was fried then. How does this happen? Service rep had to drag the vin number out of Eric who according to her asked her to call me with no vin etc. Thankfully she asked the right questions and got the info. Makes me wonder what else is wrong with this brand new car. Whoever inspected this vehicle/did the pre-service set up was derelict, if it happened at all. It goes to show when they’re trying to get your money they’ll promise the moon but in order to get service that should be customary once said money has changed hands one must pull out the flamethrower to get results. My advice, if you’re going to buy a Honda don’t do it here. If you do, press every button and check every possible feature unlike me who foolishly trusted “perfection” had done it and then still think again…if there are no repercussions should they welch don’t expect it to happen at all. Not without significant effort. 2/10:Paid fees, taxes for my state at time of sale…was told that my plates would be coming and that “Perfection” handles this all the time…only to later have an ATTEMPTED DODGE AND DUMP by Jessica Apodaca of “Perfection.” Jessica stated, “there’s a problem and things will have to be handled differently”-likely translation, we blew it off, didn’t know what was entailed and now that its past due and there will be a fine we want you to just go deal with it because now it will cost us more and we’d rather YOU pay that. (Why do car sales have such a bad rep?) This AFTER the 30 day legal limit…Again, I insisted that they stand by their word (guessing blowoff thus increased cost). Rather than telling me initially or informing me of the problem early as I even called Jessica Apodaca when at DMV the DAY BEFORE the 30 day mark to turn in my old plates Jessica said “NO, we’re going to handle it, its being processed by the service.” Now, not in compliance, I can be fined 1k per offense, car impounded…All due to either incompetence, sloppiness, ignorance or attempted greed. Likely a combination. (Just get their money.) I have a new car that has had problems that I’m paying an inflated price for and am afraid to drive. I have spoken with “Perfection” since repeatedly where they assured me that the plates are being handled at “significant” expense “expedited” over 6 weeks since the purchase of the car. 2/14- Got emails: my plate is there but can’t be here til next week with FED/EX. Re: they don’t deliver on Saturdays/no overnight here per Bornmeyer. UPS does and I let them know as much…As fast as possible? Expedited? Try harder Mr. Bornmeyer. 2/15 Bornmeyer sent me an email choosing the slower method despite knowing better. plate sat now for 1.5 days. Perfections delay by choice. Over charge on my debt card I usually don't write reviews but the level of service and incompetence regarding this transaction requires a response. I brought a new CR-V from Perf I usually don't write reviews but the level of service and incompetence regarding this transaction requires a response. I brought a new CR-V from Perfection Honda in 2011. Perfection Honda has been servicing this car since then and this last service was no exception. After they performed the service they charged my credit card $1,400 plus for the service when in fact they were only suppose to charge my card $515.00!! I contacted Perfection Honda to address the error and they told me that they requested the $900.00 be returned back to my account and that it may take 3-5 days to be returned! This was Perfection Honda's mistake and they told me to be patient and let the process work (Perfection Honda asked me to be patient while nearly a thousand dollars of my money worked it's way back into my account!). Of course I was upset and I made phone calls to the general manager and sales manager - neither has returned my phone call (but out of fairness to the general manager he was out of the office until December 14th). However, the rest of the Perfection Honda team was rude, unprofessional, and displayed a level of incompetence that I would not expect from a car dealership. When I was expressing my concerns to the accounting department, they were more interested in blaming me than doing their job!!! I had heard that Perfection Honda was screwed up but I took a chance on them. When I talked to Mike in the accounting department he threaten to hang up on me and probably did not call the merchant service assistant line that Wells Fargo provided to expedite the return of my money. If Mike is the supervisor, I see where this staff get their attitude.... Hey Mike, poor performance is tolerated by a poor supervisor. Even though I brought by car there I won't be bring it back.... And from my perspective, that is too bad because when I buy a new car - and I have brought a number of new cars - I always let the dealer service it. So now, I have to take my car further away from my home because Perfection Honda hires incompetence fools. This should have never happened! My rating of Perfection Honda would be less than one and i won't recommend them to others. More

PERFECTION IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AT EVERY LEVEL -SALES - SERV. WE PURCHASED A USED VEHICLE -FROM RON LENTKOWSKI (SKI) A REAL PRO AND A GREAT GUY. THE VEHICLE HAD SOME ISSUES - PERFECTION HANDLED THEM - TO THE LET WE PURCHASED A USED VEHICLE -FROM RON LENTKOWSKI (SKI) A REAL PRO AND A GREAT GUY. THE VEHICLE HAD SOME ISSUES - PERFECTION HANDLED THEM - TO THE LETTER AND MORE. EVERY PERSON MY WIFE AND I DELT WITH TREATED US LIKE FAMILY. THE SERVICE AND PARTS DEPTS ARE A JOY TO DEAL WITH, EVEN ole FUZZY. THIS REVIEW IS NOT FROM SOMEONE IN LALA LAND ! AFTER ALMOST 56 YEARS IN THE FIXED OPERATIONS AT ALL LEVELS AND AS SERVICE DIRECTOR FOR THE "WORLDS LARGEST BUICK DEALER" AT THE TIME IN CHICAGO, I HAVE A PRETTY GOOD TAKE ON "CAR PEOPLE" AND CAR DEALERSHIPS - TRUST ME. Staff support My husband and I walked in late 7:00pm and our salesperson, Christina, worked with us until we drove off in our new Accord. Timmy in finance worked long hours to get us the best price. There was a hiccup and we found our dash had a discoloration spot. Mike in service and Ryon in sales, acknowledged the problem and found a solution- quickly. I was happily surprised to find a company that honors its sales. I will buy my future cars from Christina at Perfection Honda. Thanks and I appreciate your honesty and dedication to customer service, More

Passport to Cash Let Down In Feb 2014, I referred a friend to purchase a car. I know Honda vehicles are the best, but not apparently Passport to Cash referrals aren't fulfilled In Feb 2014, I referred a friend to purchase a car. I know Honda vehicles are the best, but not apparently Passport to Cash referrals aren't fulfilled as a promise. I went a second time to ask if my address for my reward of $100 could be incorrect, so my passport was Xeroxed so management could look into the situation. It's been over 3 weeks and I haven't received any reward. Since then, Chalmers has fulfilled their commitment to a reward. I'll sent my friends to Garcia Honda where I had bought vehicles previously. Just thought Perfection was closer to my home area, but location didn't matter. More
