Wow! Usually new cars are a nightmare but this was shockingly simple. I didn’t have to spend hours waiting around playing financing games. I just cannot express how easy Ryan made my leasing process. He didn't waste any time at all. Ryan knows his stuff and got right to the brass tacks so that neither of us felt like we were wasting time. The efficiency and respect of my time is something I don't see at a lot of other dealerships. It also felt like Ryan was trying to find the right car for me instead of make a sale. When he could have obviously steered me toward the larger (and more expensive) RZ450e, he listened and carefully considered my needs before ultimately suggesting the 300e. Factors like that build a lot of goodwill with me, so I will definitely be back here hopefully working with Ryan again when my lease is up. More

I can't believe how helpful RYAN was during our visit. We wanted to test drive Lexus's Electric vehicle (which we ended up loving btw--coming from Tesla) and Ryan made it happen for us in *minutes*. The other employees working were so kind and regularly asked us if there was anything they could do to help us when we crossed paths. This is one of the fastest dealership experiences I have ever had partially (I think) due to Ryan's ability to explain succinctly our options and pros/cons of each. More
