I would give him a five star rating for the service he gave me. The next day he came out to my car and worked with me in getting my Bluetooth system working. he was very courteous and a real gentleman. I came in for service on my existing car and left with a new car. More

They took the time to listen (heavy emphasis on LISTEN) to what I wanted, done their homework then presented well thought options for my consideration that fit my vehicle needs, and most importantly, the budget I had to work with all within 1-2 conversations. I suppose they could have wandered me through the parking lot hoping to find a car that would "work" but they didn't and I liked that. The end result?
