Mechanics are negligent and damaged my engine, The service manager refuses to stand behind their work and make it right. Ryan is such a knowledgeable employee! ! He was so helpful and made me feel a tiny bit better about having to replace my engine !! He was in constant contact with me the whole time it was i !
