My experience with the service department at Maus Acura of North TAMPA has changed 180 degree to a positive experience after I started using Ms. Donua as my service advisor. She listens to my concerns and of North TAMPA has changed 180 degree to a positive experience after I started using Ms. Donua as my service advisor. She listens to my concerns and very knowledgeable when answering questions. She doesn’t push to sell any unnecessary services like other people who make it sound like a matter of life and death if I didn’t agree to get the service they recommend NOW. I am glad to see her today still working with Maus Acura. Also I met one of the managers Mr, Rayan who is very friendly and professional. He introduced himself to me. While I was waiting, I watched Mr. Rayan how he was talking with other coworkers in a kind professional manner and making sure the job of each customer has been completed. He could stay in his air conditioned office and meet only the unhappy customers. Mr. Rayan decided to stay out of his comfort zone to make sure there is no unhappy customer to begin with. More

They have been taking care of my car that I bought from them for the past year now and they're all so nice! They remember me and are able to walk me through all the bruises and fixes my car needs without m them for the past year now and they're all so nice! They remember me and are able to walk me through all the bruises and fixes my car needs without making me feel dumb or stupid, and they're very patient with me if I do ask questions.
