I am writing this after **months** of being ignored by your service manager, Ryan Tuttle, who has repeatedly demonstrated that avoiding responsibility is apparently his primary job function. I was sold a your service manager, Ryan Tuttle, who has repeatedly demonstrated that avoiding responsibility is apparently his primary job function. I was sold a car that your team clearly knew had issues, and instead of addressing those concerns, Ryan has chosen to disappear behind voicemail, unanswered messages, and total silence. The lack of accountability is astounding. I have called for months. I have followed every step I was told to follow. And the result has been nothing but avoidance, excuses, and a complete refusal to do the bare minimum of customer service. At this point, it would take actual effort to communicate this poorly. This dealership made a profit off of selling me a faulty vehicle, and then your service manager decided that acknowledging the problem was optional. That level of negligence and disregard is not just unprofessional. It’s insulting. If this is how you treat customers after the sale is made, people deserve to know. The service department leadership needs a serious intervention, because right now it is operating with all the urgency, transparency, and competence of a brick wall. I will continue escalating this until someone in this organization decides that doing their job is more convenient than ignoring me. More

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had it delivered. All loan documents and purchase agreements were signed by both parties. A week later, we were contacted and told that the price had been w delivered. All loan documents and purchase agreements were signed by both parties. A week later, we were contacted and told that the price had been written incorrectly by $4,000 and that we needed to sign new paperwork to reflect the higher amount, because the dealership had submitted that higher figure on the title work. While I understand mistakes happen, we reasonably relied on the signed agreement. The payment schedule we reviewed matched what we expected, so we assumed numbers were adjusted within the deal as dealerships often do. Additionally, the vehicle was delivered with undisclosed body damage. To their credit, they offered to repair it. After consulting legal counsel, we chose to return the vehicle and requested our trade-in back. The general manager, Ryan Tuttle, assured us our deposit would be refunded once the dealership’s vehicle was returned. That vehicle was returned on Friday, 9/26. Despite repeated calls, texts, and voicemails, we have not received the refund, nor has anyone followed up. While $500 may not mean much to a large dealership, this situation has cost us time and money for a car we no longer own—including tint deposits, custom floor mats, and attorney fees. More importantly, it reflects a lack of accountability and integrity. Professional tone alone does not make up for broken promises and failure to follow through. This experience is exactly why car dealerships struggle with reputation. Based on our treatment, I could not recommend doing business here. Buyer beware. More

Went to the dealership with an open mind, left with a new Grand Cherokee L! I’ll miss the Malibu I had but Ken helped us get into a new Jeep that will be a lot more comfortable and have much more space for Grand Cherokee L!
