I stated out on the internet and eventually got in contact with them. I sent an email and not even 10 minutes later Lance was calling me. He already knew the vehicle we wanted and made an appointment for the next day . When we arrived it was a very rainy day but our vehicle was awaiting us upon our arrival . We were introduced to several people including the manager Eli who was also very helpful during the process. When we went to the finance department everything went very fast and the process was quick. When we were done with financing Lance had already cleaned up the vehicle and was waiting for us. Three weeks later we met Mike Peralta at Paradise Chevrolet where we received excellent service from all involved in the process of purchasing a replacement vehicle. Paradise Chevrolet exceeded all of our expectations and made the experience very enjoyable. The Malibu we purchased is beautiful and even nicer than our 2017 was. Amazing Deal My sister and I had researched a vehicle that was at Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac. Upon arriving at the dealership, we were greeted by Felipe. We told him exactly what we were looking for and gave him the stock number of the vehicle. He was quick to go get the key and show us to the truck itself. We checked out the truck and took it for a test drive. Felipe was very personable and very willing to help out with answering questions and finding out information. I was set on this truck and so we started the paperwork. We sat down and discussed finances and again Felipe was great at answering questions and accommodating to the changes that I had asked for. Once approved, the truck continued its journey and so did mine. I was never pressured to buy something else or to add additional costs to my contract. Patience was observed here and was given a tour of the facility. I would really recommend this dealership as it was a fast and easy process. Felipe was easy to talk to and was willing to share about him and his family as we shared stories from our life as well.
