It was because of that test drive and his knowledge of the vehicle that we decided to purchase right then and there. And they are excellent! So I went into the lot looking for something smaller, but left with another SUV, And I'm so glad I did. I owe that to Peter Williams for his patience in really listening to what my wants and needs were. Rather than try to sway me away from the original car I wanted, he pointed out it's perks and was patient while I took a thorough test drive. He then pointed out the other vehicle in comparison, and I was sold. Damione Thompson got the ball rolling on the sale, making sure we were able to stay within my budget, and paperwork was quick and painless. (which it was) And Ryan Tracy did a great job explaining any questions we had concerning finance, getting us in and out real fast. This was the fastest, (stress-free) transaction I've ever had at a car dealership, hands down! These guys worked as a team to help me get what I wanted. More

Absolutely outstanding experience! Would shop here again! Our 28 year old son rear-ended someone in his old Kia. Car was not drivable so we had to get something in a day so he could get to work. Problem is, I was out of state at a conference and my wife is retired so I have to be there to sign the paperwork. They went to Paradise and immediately Damione was there to assist. Found an excellent deal on a 1 year old Scion and we got a good discount on it. Quick phone call to me and the process was underway. We made an appointment for me to come by that evening after landing. They sent my Son off with his new wheels even though the paperwork was not fully executed! That's service & trust in my book. I arrived about 7:30 pm exhausted from a week at a conference. Damione was there for me before I could get out of my truck and knew who I was - not sure how he did but he did. He walked me over to the finance office and I was literally done in 10 minutes and out the door! Outstanding experience and I would come to Damione again anytime. The rest of the team was great too. No parent wants to buy their 28 year "adult" children a car but it was necessary. The experience with Damione made it that much better. My Son loves his new wheels too.
