Showing her multiple trim levels with multiple options until she knew what she wanted! Erik Valles was equally helpful the day we came by the dealer to buy a traverse! Even though Cody was out sick, Erik said he would be clad to help us on Cody's behalf! Erik was able to locate the model with the options we wanted ,even though it was not on the front sales lot. He found it had been assigned to the loaner fleet 2 days before but had not been used yet! After talking to the sales manager Erik was able to get the keys out of the key safe in the body shop even though it was closed. And got us the vehicle the same night! Awesome effort by all at Paradise Chevrolet !! More

Friendly, Knowledgable and patient with us Joel was extremely patient with us as we walked around lot in search of the perfect car! Ryan Tracy in Finance was extremely thorough making sure every (T) was crossed and every (i) was dotted. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience which surprised us. We had not been car shopping in years. Towards the end of the one deal my husband eyed another car in the showcase that was priced just right. We actually left with His and Her cadillac's ;-) More
