After all the formalities were complete and it came down to that last and final step of officially signing the paperwork I met their Finance Manager Ryan Sitter. For starters, the first thing out spoken after his introduction was that he Thanked Me for my Military service and continued to say how he truly appreciated it and then divulged some personal information that made the whole process feel genuine. He extremely informative and told me information I didn’t know that isn’t typically told to us patrons. He also went above and beyond when it came to ways to save me money and clearly explained how arch and everything to finalize all the paperwork. I’m the one who bought the car but felt like I should’ve bought him a beer to show my appreciation lol. Can’t say much else other than this experience has made me a forever customer here at Advantage Chevrolet. More

Paolo Suarez was a pleasure to work with, he had the car pulled up and waiting when I pulled up. He was extremely knowledgeable with all the features and explained them thoroughly (with the amount of technology in this car, I was very thankful for that!). If you are in the market for a new or used car, reach out to Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook and ask for Paolo, you won't be disappointed! Finance Manager, Ryan Sitter, was great! He was straightforward from start to finish and had me in and out in no time. This was the 4th dealership I had been to for this particular model (the second one to have it), I had gone to Zeigler Chevy in Schaumburg prior to this one and it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. The salesman was an absolute joke and they were charging $71k for a $58k car.. They came back with a price breakdown and when I said it wasn't going to work their response was "okay, bye". Save yourself the headache of going from dealership to dealership and go straight Advantage! More
