I bought a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe on March 5th it was around 7pm. I waited until almost 10pm before I was done with financing. The price listed on the website was 16,916.00 with 250.00 off when I click t around 7pm. I waited until almost 10pm before I was done with financing. The price listed on the website was 16,916.00 with 250.00 off when I click to get pre-approval through Captiol one (which I did do prior to coming to dealer). I spoke to a salesman over the phone intially. I signed a written purchase agreement for the 16,916.00 with my salesman that evening. It was late so the finance guy ran through the paperwork. The following day my wife pointed out the difference in the bill. I tried to call the sales guy, he said he would get ahold of the finance department and have them get back to me. I heard nothing back, the next day I called him again, he didn't answer so I left a message and sent him a text that I wanted a call. I also called the dealership about this and was asked to leave my number and name and I would get a call back, I did this 3 times on March 7th, and also waited on hold for over 30 minutes for someone to answer my call. Once again I'm told to leave my name and number. I tried calling everyday since. On Tuesday March 11th I finally spoke to finance department he said he would look into my files and call me back, it is now March 13th I still have not received a call back. I just want to know why the price of 16,916.00 went up to 19,868.42. I would not have signed the loan agreement if I knew I was getting scammed for 3 grand. I realize it was late and he was trying to get out of the office, but to take advantage of that to raise the cost is plain wrong. I have documentation of the actual price I was quoted from online. To ignore a customer and not try to fix the problem is wrong, unethical business practice and horrible customer service. I will be taking this situation to the attorney general and The BBB. If this is not remedied soon I will be forced to take additional measures. To be charged 3 grand over the price I intended to pay, will end up costing me thousands more than I agreed to pay. More

Very disappointed in the dealership. First problem is the Internet had one price and Kayla texted me the exact same price then, when Jesse called me, he gave me a higher price because First problem is the Internet had one price and Kayla texted me the exact same price then, when Jesse called me, he gave me a higher price because of options that were not accounted for on the Internet and then when I got on site, Nick gave me a significantly higher price and told me that I couldn’t have seen the car online but didn’t have anything to say when I showed him that it was still in fact online. Another problem is while doing the paperwork one of the pages referred to making sure there was no damage to the car. I said that I was unable to tell because of how dirty the car was so they took it back and did a quick wash that caused scratches in the clearcoat and when I brought that up to the guy who called me upset that I filled the survey out negatively to ford he offered to wash the car again as if that was gonna help. I will never return to Ford Of Port Richey!! More
