Delivery of the car had an issue. They did not complete my registration timely (50 days and counting). They have not sent me certain funds they owed me. This place is a hustle. Got to another Audi dealer altogether. More

If I could give 0 stars, I would. CAUTION: PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS ON THIS DEALERSHIP BEFORE PURCHASING!! To say that I am appalled at the treatment I have received from ALL employees CAUTION: PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS ON THIS DEALERSHIP BEFORE PURCHASING!! To say that I am appalled at the treatment I have received from ALL employees - from salesperson to management to Audi North America - would be an understatement! I purchased my vehicle on 21 October 2023 and outstanding items are STILL not resolved! I STILL have temporary tags because every week for a month, they found documents that I should have signed but they did not present to me! They state out-of-state transfers are delayed but they do not acknowledge their incompetency in this whole process! I gave everyone ample opportunity for them to make my situation right, but they failed on all levels. Sales Manager (Albert Nkanso) knew that his Salesperson, Maged Misak, was incompetent and hovered over him during the entire time I was there. Albert showed signs of disappointment, frustration and irritability with Maged. It is difficult to understand why Albert would allow this incompetence to continue. Initially, he presented himself as caring, but I realize that is just his sales persona and he showed that he really does not care anything about the customer - only about the sale! What followed for weeks and now months (because my situation is STILL not resolved) has been a horrible experience! I have had to write SEVERAL emails to managers, Albert and Ryan Schmidt (General Manager), requesting that they have Salesperson Maged refrain from contacting me! Both Albert and Ryan ignored my emails! I received one call from Ryan, and that was after I sent them a check to pay for my car because I refused to work with their SUPER INCOMPETENT BUSINESS MANAGER, BARRY CRINCOLI. If the team is a shadow of their leaderhsip, I can only surmise that Albert, as their leader, is not casting a positive shadow. The level of incompetence and the lack of communication from Albert's team is nothing less than UNACCEPTABLE! More

I’ve bought a few cars over the years and this was the worst car buying experience of my life. Literally the week I drove off the lot, things starting going wrong. My key fob died the day after I took the worst car buying experience of my life. Literally the week I drove off the lot, things starting going wrong. My key fob died the day after I took the car home, I changed the battery and it still doesn’t work half the time. I called and emailed my salesman Ade and he replied two weeks later. It’s been three months since I purchased my car and I’m still waiting for the second key they promised me when I bought the car!! Then it took two months to get the registration for the car. Unfortunately I drove the car off the lot not realizing I didn’t have an inspection sticker on the car, so for two months I drove around with no sticker, then I had to go sit in line at DMV and get the car inspected myself. I contacted the sales manager Eric Feldman. I contacted him several times and every time he replied “ I’ll look into it and get back to you” he never did resolve any of the issues I am having with the car. I contacted the general manager of the dealership and I was told “they don’t supply inspection stickers for used cars, only for new cars”. Keep in mind I just paid more then $65,000 for this pre-owned car! Every car I ever purchased, always had an inspection sticker and this car should have still had the NEW car sticker on it, it’s not even four years old. The general manager made nothing but false and empty promises from the beginning, just like his subordinates. The situation is so bad that the Attorney general of New Jersey and consumer affairs is now investigating the case. I didn’t know that Bell Audi has a D- rating with the BBB, I wish I knew before I went there. Please check out the BBB website and take a look at the numerous complaints. Also check out the reviews on Yelp for this dealership, there are many and we can’t all be wrong! If your looking for a stressful buying experience then Bell Audi is your dealership. If you want to be ignored after you drive off the lot, then Bell Audi is your dealership. There are many Audi dealerships in the tri-state area, check them out. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Seriously. READ THE COMPLAINTS ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WEBSITE! ITS EYE OPENING FOR ANY PROSPECTIVE BUYER!! More

Worst buying experience imaginable. Here is a summary of my experience: 1. As of April 22 I can no longer legally operate my new vehicle as the temporary registration and plate expir Here is a summary of my experience: 1. As of April 22 I can no longer legally operate my new vehicle as the temporary registration and plate expired. Bell Audi has yet to provide permanent registration. The general manager has stopped responding to my inquiries and can’t seem to provide a valid status. 2. Despite having agreed in writing (via email) to the terms of my purchase, the Purchase Agreement provided at delivery of the vehicle did not accurately reflect the deposit I had put down prior to purchase. Had I not checked the math myself this would have resulted in substantial overpayment. 3. Despite having agreed in writing (via email) to the terms of my purchase, the Purchase Agreement provided upon delivery of the vehicle reflected an Amount Financed that was higher than we had already agreed upon. Furthermore, the Finance Manager seemed annoyed that I was unwilling to sign the inaccurate Purchase Agreement. 4. After taking delivery of the vehicle I discovered it was missing standard equipment (pet barrier and cargo cover). I received no response from the Sales Associate regarding my inquiries on the missing equipment. 5. I was repeatedly advised that Bell Audi's policy was never to accept deposits on vehicles - yet I was required to make a deposit (which per #2 was not accurately reflected in my Purchase Agreement - they had to mail me a check for the difference) 6. Personal information from the previous owner and their family members hadn't been deleted from the vehicle prior to delivery 7. They wouldn't even pick me up at the airport when I came to take delivery despite having traveled from Michigan to acquire the vehicle More
