Avoid this place at all costs. Ryan Sauers, their internet sales manager, will lure you in with a bogus email about an “overstock event” where they will apply “holiday rebates” and Ryan Sauers, their internet sales manager, will lure you in with a bogus email about an “overstock event” where they will apply “holiday rebates” and only require $1000 on a new Rogue SV lease for $349/month for 36 months, confirm the stock number with you of the exact vehicle you are interested in, then when you show up to the dealership Ryan is nowhere to be found, and they assign a random salesman to you that has no idea who you are or why you’re there. Then, as if that isn’t bad enough, when you sit down to work the numbers as advertised, their little pitbull sales manager, Chuck Musero, comes over to the table out of nowhere with tremendous attitude, literally frothing at the mouth, telling me the email I was sent by Ryan was “vague” and didn’t say anything about the pricing about the specific vehicle we were interested in. Which was clearly a lie, as I pulled up the email to show him exactly what was discussed. Realizing I was correct and simply trying to get the deal I drove 1.5 hours to get, he then became increasingly rude and asked me “what do I want” and that “you’re either going to buy a car or not, and I don’t think we’re gonna make a deal here.” Oh and by the way, this was after he offered a trade in value for our vehicle that was $1K below the low end of the KBB range, wanting to keep the $6K of equity we have in the vehicle and STILL not honor the pricing that was discussed with his internet sales guy via email. Easily the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Chuck Musero is a disgrace to the industry and should be fired immediately if Nissan Motors takes customer service and their reputation seriously. More

Just like every other car buyer today, I must tolerate this seller's market. Some dealers take advantage. Woodbury Nissan offers fairness and honesty. I spent months attempting to pay the correct price this seller's market. Some dealers take advantage. Woodbury Nissan offers fairness and honesty. I spent months attempting to pay the correct price for one of several, relatively expensive vehicles, from many dealerships. Chuck and Jeff at Woodbury Nissan were the ONLY experts to make the fair deal. I'm still surprised at how pleasant, professional, and efficient my car-buying experience was at Woodbury. Chuck, Jeff, and Ryan even made it a point to mention first-rate ownership support in truly being honest, rather than maximum profit tactics. Please visit these good and decent folks; and rest assured your deal here will be the right one. Chuck and Jeff just sold Woodbury Nissan to my family for decades. More

My car search was the result of an accident, and it was tough week for me; Chris Quinn, and the finance manager, were empathetic and calming, helping me navigate the complex process of auto financing, from initial inquiry to completed sale. I recently went for a test drive here. While I was waiting for the keys, I noticed a scratch that ran from the tire well up to the bottom of the rear passenger door. The very bottom of the door had a waiting for the keys, I noticed a scratch that ran from the tire well up to the bottom of the rear passenger door. The very bottom of the door had a tiny split that rain had gotten into and the inside of the door was showing signs of rust. I liked the vehicle, it was a good size, and it was priced at $17,791, but the damage was a deal breaker and I was walking away. A salesman stopped me and persuaded me to test drive it, assuring me that the damage would be satisfactorily repaired. I relented, drove it, liked it. I told the salesman that once I looked at the repair when it was done, we could make a deal. Fast forward to today - these are the text messages verbatim. Joel: We just spoke with the body shop and the car should be done Monday or Tuesday. The price of the car is $18,898, total with tax would be $20,690. Please let me know if you have any questions. Me: Hey Joel, can you check the price? When I did the test drive, the car was listed at $17,791. (I then follow this with a screen shot I had taken of the listing.) Me: As instructed, I contacted Ryan S. for this special ePrice. Joel: This was before we had to put money into it to fix the car. We had to adjust for the body shop charge. Me: Then it should have been advertised as damaged or As Is. Joel: We didn't know it was damaged. Me: Nice, so you think I should pay for damage I didn't do to a car I don't own? Joel: Crickets I didn't buy the car. More

Despite Preps - Same Old Dealer Experience I did my homework related to getting an Out The Door (OTD) price for either of two models (Rogue SV and SL; both with FWD) including valid discounts, I did my homework related to getting an Out The Door (OTD) price for either of two models (Rogue SV and SL; both with FWD) including valid discounts, rebates, trade-in, & available FWD vehicles. My exchanges were with the Internet team. Numerous emails and texts were done to get the best pricing to minimize the usual in-dealer lengthy time with back and forth. I was sent prices from 4 Nissan dealers. Woodbury had the lowest price on a Rogue SL My daughter has a 2011 Rogue SL. I earlier went there to test drive a Rogue Sport while considering a slightly smaller SUV. A turnoff was their overly expensive dealer add-on (pin stripes, molding, full tank of gas, details, and pre-delivery inspection). No interest in this add-on and this was made known several times. I received a text about noon on August 31 saying 23 Nissans had to go that day to meet their August quota. Text exchanges identified that the available FWD SL had additional Nissan installed options and that things would be done for a quick visit. Though saying I would get an OTD price, none came before my visit. I went there with all my needed items (title, second key, booklets, etc.) Visit started out without meeting any internet team rep, probably no previous info sharing. The assigned salesman showed us both SV and SL FWD Rogues while my car sat unmoved. Both cars had the dealer add-on. When asked about my trade, they first offered $2,800 and then $1,000 below our discussed amount. Apparently, the appraisal was done in a minute(s). Unfortunately my visit did not result in a sale because 1) it had their dealer installed expensive package that I didn't want; 2) Trade-in offer started with the usual low-ball offer and some back and forth; 3) salesman said the trade was lower because my trade-in was FWD (known prior to my visit); and 4) probably they were close to their quota and not as interested in making a deal as their text cited. I left after about an hour of wasting my (and their) time. Later, I asked the Internet Sales Manager for specifics for my low-ball trade-in. He didn’t know why and he didn’t do the appraisal; he said the Used Car Manager would call me on September 5 which did not happen. Good things from the visit - seeing the inside and outside features of a Rogue and knowing what to zero in on with future searches. I am not likely to be a ‘repeat buyer’ at Woodbury after not making a first deal. Car buying has not changed much over the years despite lengthy pre-visit homework. More
