Purchased a used 2022 X3 here. The dealership staff were professional and friendly and easy to work with. The service department that prepared the car for delivery was terrible. The department replaced two tires on the car, did the other normal maintenance and sent it on its way to us. A few days after the car was delivered, I drove it on US 97 for about 14 miles. The car was all over the road to the point that I had to try and force it to stay straight. Subsequently I had the alignment checked and was told it was the worst alignment the tech had ever seen. Cost $190. Subsequently I took a longer road trip, and the car was again difficult to control. Took it to a tire dealer that after examining the two front tires said that they had obviously been bizarrely worn due to the misalignment and recommended that they be replaced. $705 for the tires. Had the service department bothered to check the alignment on the vehicle and made the appropriate repairs none of this would have happened. The dealer has agreed to reimburse me for all expenses. More

Was a very quick and easy process and the customer service was great. I am in love with my car. Made an appointment and drove all the way from Medford to see it. Our experience with BMW started 2 months ago with Ryan Rush helping with our purchase. It was the best experience we have had buying a vehicle. He was friendly, informative and let us ask questions and sh Rush helping with our purchase. It was the best experience we have had buying a vehicle. He was friendly, informative and let us ask questions and shop without feeling pushy. The process was faster than we expected and the whole experience left us feeling so happy about our purchase. This was our first time buying a BMW and we felt great about it. We financed the car thru BMW and was impressed with the interest rate we got and the efficiency and ease of the whole process and was given a thumb drive at end that held all our documents (amazing!). The online portal for making payments with BMW is the best I’ve ever seen and again, made the experience one of the best I’ve ever had when purchasing a car. Unfortunately, our car was stolen about a month later. Everyone at BMW was very understanding and helpful with gathering resources for our claim. We had originally purchased a Diesel engine for the MPG because I commute and needed something with better mileage but after test driving multiple different cars and models, nothing compared to the service and quality of BMW. We eventually ended up back to the BMW lot and immediately found a vehicle that we were interested in. We wanted to work with Ryan again but he was unavailable and handed us over to his coworker Jesse. This time with our 4 year old in tow, we were able to test drive and purchase a vehicle that day. We weren’t expecting to find a car or get a deal that would make us excited enough to purchase that day but again, BMW offered excellent service and a premium price for the vehicle we were looking at. We purchased our vehicle Monday and it is now Friday and I’m still beyond happy with the car, price, and service we received at BMW of Salem. I highly recommend going to them for an excellent experience and of course for the amazing cars that they are. We also traded in two vehicles during both car purchases and felt like we received a fair price. No games, no fuss. It all felt honest and for the best experience of the customer. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership! After our first purchase, Ryan told us as we walked out the door that once we drive with BMW nothing will ever compare and how right he was! We will be lifelong customers of BMW now! More
