The whole staff especially Ryan were very accommodating. We were in the market for a Sonata. The combination of there great certified used selection, and Ryan's excellent customer service made the whole expe We were in the market for a Sonata. Support issues I worked with 2 Sale persons, both were good and very helpful, however, I did not like the trade in value for a new Elantra that was only 1 week old, I worked with 2 Sale persons, both were good and very helpful, however, I did not like the trade in value for a new Elantra that was only 1 week old, so me that the dealer is not very confident of his products. I am also very dissatisfied with the follow-up support, in obtaining the title for the car since I paid in cash and I am still waiting for my license , my temporary license expires on 27 Aug 2017, which is now causing unnecessary stress. This matter needs to be resolved immediately. More

My salesman Ryan Riccio was awesome and would suggest everyone to go see him. He was very helpful and just made the process so easy and enjoyable. A few weeks before I had gone into Karl Malone Toyota and they almost ruined the car buying experience for me. They were dishonest, pressuring, and rude when they didn't con you into buying something. I had the same fear that this was going to happen at ken garff as well, but ken garff and Ryan riccio actually showed me that car buying can be a fun and easy process. Not really getting their billboards all over the place with "We Hear You" on them, but now I fully understand. Thank you and I will definitely be back. More
