Ryan Rahr (sales) was great, We went to the 25th street store and drove the truck I was looking at online. Ryan knowing I had to make to make it to an appt. drove me to and picked me once I was done. We got back to the 25th street store, met with Cody from management and filled out the financing, pretty painless (on my part, it helps when you have a excellent credit score). Cody also saved me an additional $2000 when he researched that as I am a MN resident, with a VA connected, 100% full and permanent disability, there are no tax or license fees. Thank you Cody, I never would have known that. Finally Gaby at the rental desk was very professional, helpful and subject to dad jokes. Gaby, did you ever find that French fry under the front seat? I hope I didn't lose anyone through this review rather give specific example's of the helpfulness, professionalism, efficiency and excellence I experienced through the whole process at Gateway, btw I LOVE MY TRUCK!!!!!! As a sidebar, if any one finds a tiny angel pin (smaller than a dime), outside the the north entrance of the main store, it is of no value to anyone but me, I will pay you a reward. More

Over the past month, we have been through quite a process, and the personnel accompanied us through it all. We had a vehicle needing service, we had visits to the dealership to look at both previously owned vehicles and brand new ones, we traded in a vehicle, and we ended up purchasing a new one. We went through moments of incertitude and doubt. We had many questions.
