I had a great experience with Lockhart Cadillac in Greenwood. I needed service on my Saturn. I thought the deal was good, until i tried to start the auto the next day it wouldn’t start. Put a charger on it finally started drove it to work after work it wouldn’t start. Finally got it started now it auto the next day it wouldn’t start. Put a charger on it finally started drove it to work after work it wouldn’t start. Finally got it started now it’s in the shop waiting to put a new starter on it. Talked to dealer they said they had had no problems. I believe that is xxxxxxxx! More

Worked with Ben Adam’s at Lockhart Greenwood Cadillac on line. He was courteous professional and very knowledgeable and honest. Ben and Lockhart are the go to for vehicle purchases. Searching for a new to me vehicle, Lockhart Cadillac had what I was looking for, however, I could not get there in time that specific day. They allowed my husband to bring the vehicle home on a test drive what I was looking for, however, I could not get there in time that specific day. They allowed my husband to bring the vehicle home on a test drive for the night. We made an appointment the next day with our sales consultant, Bradley. Bradley was waiting when we arrived and everyone we came in contact with was friendly and attentive. We completed the transaction and came home with vehicle! Thank you Lockhart! More

As a Cadillac dealership I think the service, the selection, and the overall experience should be so much better than it is. I always schedule my oil changes yet they take HOURS! There are never lo selection, and the overall experience should be so much better than it is. I always schedule my oil changes yet they take HOURS! There are never loaner cars available either. My brakes have squeaked since my vehicle was about 5 months old. I’ve had it serviced by them several times and they never fix the issue. I was told “that’s just how they are.” It’s embarrassing constantly being the squeaky car everywhere I go…especially since I’m driving a 1 year old Cadillac! I bought it new off of the Lockhart lot. More
