We were overcharged taxes on this lease it states on contract 1278 was charged 2024. Bo have contacted sales manager writing two emails to address my concerns and have not received any response from the contract 1278 was charged 2024. I have expressed my concerns to finance managers Shawn Ortiz and Ryan Peters they both confirmed in an email that we were charged 2024 for taxes on our lease when the taxes were 1278.00 which is stated in our lease agreement. As per my conversation and email with Shawn Ortiz and Ryan Peters we were charged 2024.00 for taxes, 175.00 document/ Aquistion fee and 400.00 for first month. And 197.00 DmV fees. This breakdown is incorrect we should have been charged 1278.00 for taxes. I gave a deposit of 2597.50. I am owed a refund for my overpayment of taxes which both finance managers agreed to in their email response. We have been a loyal for customer for over 20 years and we are extremely disappointed with the lack of response and acknowledgement from this dealership regarding our concerns. I am really hoping that this is a calculation error and not a dealership trying to defraud a loyal customer. More

We are happy with our car purchase but unfortunately we didn’t have more colors and car options to choose from. Salesman took to long to finish paperwork and give us the car we purchased, we were waiting didn’t have more colors and car options to choose from. I had a truly great experience with Dana Ford! For me, this was an online out-of-state purchase. I had never considered or attempted that before, nor did I think I ever would. The car was For me, this was an online out-of-state purchase. I had never considered or attempted that before, nor did I think I ever would. The car was just as advertised, and so was the price. My communication with Dana Ford began with just a few questions online, Most were answered promptly and sales staff reached out to confirm availability and provide additional details. Dana employees were never pushy and always friendly and helpful.. Bottom line, Dana Ford treated me the way I would want to be treated, and that doesn’t often happen in car sales. I was very pleased with everyone I talked to and eventually met when I arrived to inspect, test drive, and purchase the car. It was a memorable experience in a good way, and that rarely happens with a car purchase. Thank you Dana employees…very well done! More
