My family has purchased so many vehicles from Gateway I can't remember all of them. Never once did I fill out one of these stupid surveys. Recently purchased a used vehicle at the south university location. We were extremely pleased with the service from the finance department and management. However, the salesman we worked with had poor commun location. We were extremely pleased with the service from the finance department and management. However, the salesman we worked with had poor communication on when our vehicle would be ready to pick up. When we arrived, it had yet to be detailed. After three more days and speaking with management, we finally had our vehicle with a mediocre detail job. Was not worth waiting any longer. More

We were helped immediately by sales who were very attentive, including the manager. But once the sale was agreed upon we waited 1 hour and 45 min before we could sign any paperwork for a simple cash attentive, including the manager. The experience we had from beginning to end was excellent! We couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson.
