Ryan Padron Service Manager Statement: - “ I am requesting you have your vehicle picked up from our property no later than Wednesday, November 20th, 2024” Samantha Rahim response: As per your requesting you have your vehicle picked up from our property no later than Wednesday, November 20th, 2024” Samantha Rahim response: As per your requested, I complied and successfully remove Mariah’s 2024 Honda Accord from Honda property on November 18th, 2024, before 7 pm. Ryan Padron Service Manager Statement: - We do not condone that level of behavior at Coral Springs Honda and operate with far more integrity and pride than the accusation aforementioned. Samantha Rahim Question: You mention Integrity and pride. Does Honda of Coral Springs offer transparency to all consumers? Reason for this question, I called Honda (954)755-5600 on November 18th, 2024, at 10:20 am and spoke to Director Tony Tisone, after hearing his chauvinistic attitude, I requested for documentation purpose to have the call recorded. Tony Tisone responded “I reserve my rights under the Florida Statue Law to not allow you to record our conversation. Please see attached audio file with his statement. Ryan Padron Service Manager Statement: - In this case, I am reluctant to work on your sister’s vehicle at any point. Samantha Rahim Question: On November 18th, 2024, prior to receiving the keys to remove Mariah’s car from the premises, she was required to sign 3 documents. Joshua was extremely professional and provided me with a copy upon my request. One of the documents was replacement of the battery. Why was service done on her car? Who authorized this service? The primary reason Mariah’s car was brought into Honda of Coral springs dealership was on November 11th, 2024, her car would not start. She contacted Honda Roadside assistance who send out the “AAA” employee who jump started her car. After it was diagnosed by Honda of Coral Springs the primary issue was a blown fuse. Please see attached photo of the “AAA” employee attaching the jump box to the battery and the Owners Manuel showing it was done incorrectly. Again, Honda of Corals Spring was unwilling to resolve the initial concern. However, the battery was replaced, and I would like a proper explanation why work was done on her car without approval? More
