My wife and I drove 8 hours from Memphis in a rental to do business at Landers of Norman. Wow, amazing service! It was the best, easiest experience I have had at a dealership. We looked at the truck we wanted from the website, applied for financing, got approved, and were out the door in less than 2 hours. WOULDN'T BUY HERE AGAIN My experience with Dalton was awesome "sales person" .. but after my purchase 2 weeks after. The finance manager called my bank told my bank that I didn't pay the full amount and was avoiding them .... called me a lair via text and they held my title so I was late to register my vehicle .. but not only that they charged my credit card 500.00 then 900.00 to charges that I did not approve my bank closed my credit card because I was in Colorado and not in OKC? and the number don't add up they wanted to charge me extra money??.. So I had to get a new credit card everything was on hold for a week because they froze my account ... meanwhile I had no idea all this was going on ... All I got was " sorry Jesse was not intentional they tried to reach you but couldn't"... Doesn't give you the right to just charge my card.... They gave me $51 Discount to shut me up and they said they would send me a gift card... .... I'm still waiting on my gift card but whats even worse is I've been texting the fiance manager back in forth no problem but as soon as I paid the $900 he stop texting me and I've asked him twice so far where my gift card is and I haven't got a reply .--- HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TOWARDS THE END AS SOON AS THEY GET YOUR MONEY GOOD LUCK GETTING A REPLY BACK More

Look under your truck! I am extremely unhappy and feel completely ripped off! I flew from California to Oklahoma to buy a new 2018 Silverado 2500 HD 4x4 truck for $56K and o I am extremely unhappy and feel completely ripped off! I flew from California to Oklahoma to buy a new 2018 Silverado 2500 HD 4x4 truck for $56K and once I got there realized it did not have the bed liner it was suppose to have, then got home and found out it had rust/salt damage underneath the truck on some major parts! I was told by Donovan (sales) I would be reimburssed for the bedliner… I had it done and sent receipt, no one returns my calls or emails… I was told by Mike Emmons that he had “no idea” that the truck had corrosion under it but he went out and looked and found it under all the trucks! He blammed it on GM/Chevy!! The factory Rep said that happens to cars out there… He knew it! Check under your cars and trucks before you buy them!! I noticed every review that had a bad experience is ignored... and all of them say when they try calling/ emailing, etc., no one calls them back.... that should tell you something! If I wasn’t in California I would be AT the dealership in person… save yourself the frustration, go somewhere else! More

Horrible First Time Buyer Experience "Not The Best Experience" Picking out the car was the easiest part. It's everything's that came after that makes it frustrating. Was told that I would get a second key then was told that I would have to pay for it. I even have text from my salesman that says that the dealership will order me one. The financing department keeps calling needing more info which before I left the place I asked them several times if they had everything that they needed. Now they treat me like I'm not important cause I'm not buying a car now. This is my first car I bought on my own. I've felt better after a bad date than doing business with them. Get your salesman to write everything that they owe they will tell you everything that you want to hear to get you to buy the car. More
