I am at a loss for words with my experience at Wayzata Chevrolet. The company as a whole is so focused on making a sale rather than satisfying a customer. I had talked to multiple different salespeople th Chevrolet. The company as a whole is so focused on making a sale rather than satisfying a customer. I had talked to multiple different salespeople that I would be driving 10 hours round trip to come get a specific pickup on the lot and to call me if it would happen to get sold before I had gotten there, so that I could just turn around and go home. 5 hours in, I had arrived and found out they had sold the vehicle right away in the morning and never thought to call me. About an hour after I had left I received a phone call asking if I was still going to come in and look at the vehicle set up for my appointment. I told the salesman it was sold and left it at that. It hadn't been 30 minutes later when another salesman called and asked if I would still be coming in to look at the pickup that evening, not realizing it was already sold either. If I was to describe my experience, it would be just deplorable. I am uncertain how this company can function with such a lack of customer courtesy. More

My experience with Wayzata Chevrolet was less than desirable to say the least. I live about 45 minutes away and my salesperson told me they were doing everything by appointment only. I show up to my 4 desirable to say the least. I live about 45 minutes away and my salesperson told me they were doing everything by appointment only. I show up to my 4:00pm appointment to test drive a used Toyota Tundra. I show up to my appointment and someone who drove up to the lot was scoping out the Truck I drove 45 minutes away to test drive. The salesperson goes over to the other guy and takes the walk in for a test drive and my salesperson who I made an appointment with tells me basically it’s a “coin-flip” whether or not that guys is going to buy it so I guess we’ll just wait and see. I’m obviously pissed but I get that it’s a dealership and they are in the business of selling cars not giving test drives but a Dealership that really cared about their customers I feel would of told the guy who just drove up that this vehicle has a scheduled appointment and we’d be more than happy to show it to you if things don’t work out with the guy who had an appointment. Instead, I speak to the sales manager and am told in a nut shell “tough xxxxing luck” and I’m welcome to stick around to see if the walk in guy doesn’t buy it. Needless to say I can’t suggest strongly enough to stay away from salesman Ethan Wehling and the rest of the sales team at Wayzata Chevrolet. If they aren’t afraid to xxxx you that badly on just showing you the car then God only knows how bad they’ll xxxx you everywhere else. More
