Don’t recommend would have never bought from here had I known before hand. Communication is awful recall no hurry airbag light schedule out 2 months. I took my vehicle in over a month ago to get my tires rotated, oil changed, car detailed, and radio and phone charging pad diagnosed. My tires were not rotated, my oil was not changed, my car was not det rotated, oil changed, car detailed, and radio and phone charging pad diagnosed. My tires were not rotated, my oil was not changed, my car was not detailed, and they needed to order a new radio and charging pad. The parts were not ordered and here I am, still waiting on a call from Ryan to schedule the service appt to make sure my car gets taken care of properly when I bring it in. I have reached out to Hyundai Corp, and they are not helpful but oddly, are able to get in touch with Ryan EVERYTIME they call. Funny because every time I call, I can't get in touch with him, John, or the GM. I just get the run around or voicemails with no return phone calls. More

After $20,000 dollars worth of engine work my car was returned 5 times and finally was told that they won’t replace my shocks in my hood because it slams shut even though my car never had problems from b returned 5 times and finally was told that they won’t replace my shocks in my hood because it slams shut even though my car never had problems from before car was there since September 19th of 2023 sitting until march 6th of 2024 which is ridiculous, Ryan handed the car over saying he test drove the car , the car was never sent for an alignment I was driving for two days not noticing stuff until I took it to another dealership and they verified that the alignment was never done so what safety concern is that for me and my family when all of these problems happen within 5 months and they’re supposed to be one of the top dealerships around. More

I have been working with Casey Newman for several years now and he has always been outstanding. I have purchased several cars personally at this dealership, with Casey's help, Both my kids have also purcha now and he has always been outstanding. I have purchased several cars personally at this dealership, with Casey's help, Both my kids have also purchased a car there and I have also referred a a few friends who also bough vehicles there. I am ready to buy my next one soon and Casey is already helping me find the best deal! Thanks again and looking forward to seeing your new building. More

Worse place to get a call back regarding a recall/problem and trying to get it solved. I have left messages for a manager to call back no callback. I sent an email regarding service they send an email saying and trying to get it solved. I have left messages for a manager to call back no callback. I sent an email regarding service they send an email saying they will have someone in sales contact me. No show of care for me, no pride in their product or standing behind their product. I paid to have a car that cannot be driven due to a recall/bulletin of problems and they cannot see the issue until October 4 months away. My car is totally not safe to drive and no mechanics will touch it because of the bulletin. Guess customer care/customer service is not in their vocabulary. I cannot be without transportation this long but cannot get any help. I cannot even get past the scheduling desk to explain my situation. Was told to bring the car in and leave it and they will look at it when they get a chance just to tell me if they will honor the recall/bulletin. Pretty sad I cannot even get to speak to a manager. Pretty sad no one cares. More

Ryan Murray has been taking care of our service, maintenance, and recall needs for the past two years. He is outstanding in his professionalism and dedication to helping us. Since relocating to this maintenance, and recall needs for the past two years. He is outstanding in his professionalism and dedication to helping us. Since relocating to this area over two years ago we have never been treated as nice as Ryan and everyone else at Crown. Next purchase will definitely be with Crown mostly due to Ryan. More
