Being a Subaru Loyalist, I was not in a hurry to replace my 2015 Subaru Outback. Yet, she was turning 11 years old and I was interested in upgrading to some new technology. Devin Fuchs at Subaru of Jackso my 2015 Subaru Outback. Yet, she was turning 11 years old and I was interested in upgrading to some new technology. Devin Fuchs at Subaru of Jacksonville is why I decided to go ahead and trade in my 2015 Outback on a 2025 Outback. Everyone at the dealership is was very kind and pleasant to deal with but Devin truly stands out. He took the time to explain all of the new technology to me. He is so easy to talk to and we have so much in common that it is kind of crazy!. Also, any person that loves dogs as much as I do is an excellent person in my book. Devin was very transparent, patient, kind and most importantly, knowledgeable. Subaru is very lucky to have him representing them. Being from Colorado, I had a great relationship with my dealership there. After relocating to Jacksonville, it is such a nice feeling to know that I now have one with Subaru of Jacksonville. I am in love with my new Outback and look forward to driving her for many years to come. I will never drive anything other than a Subaru. Thank you to Subaru of Jacksonville but most of all, Thank you to Devin. He is a true gem. More

Got a fabulous price on my Trade In & they recognized my husband’s military service (love patriotism). Matt Mowatt (Sales) made everything quick, simple & pleasant (&easy to work with). Mark Ogden(Finance) was beyond helpful in showing me every option with warranty & maintenance plans. Mark went out of his way to meet my every request. Very pleased with every aspect of my experiences with this dealership. More

Instead, he took the time to listen attentively to my needs and preferences and answered all of my questions with honesty and patience. Caleb’s approach made me feel completely at ease and confident in my decision to schedule an appointment.
