I’m rating 4 stars only because I had been communicating with a sales woman (Amanda) earlier in the day and once we made it to the dealership the salesman (Ryan) didn’t have any of the information I had pro with a sales woman (Amanda) earlier in the day and once we made it to the dealership the salesman (Ryan) didn’t have any of the information I had provided to the previous person. Although that was frustrating I understood that the miscommunication was not Ryan’s fault and he was very helpful. Later on when I was out of state, I discovered a door does not lock correctly and when Ryan called to follow up he advised me to bring it in as soon as I’m able to and they will have a look at it. More

I traded my Chevy 2500 truck (gas) for a used RAM 2500 (diesel) with the Lawton dealership over the phone. They were very forthcoming and clear about everthing regarding the new truck. Communication was t (diesel) with the Lawton dealership over the phone. They were very forthcoming and clear about everthing regarding the new truck. Communication was top notch, and they really exceeded all expectations to make the trade a pleasant and easy one. I feel they went "beyond the call of duty" and the truck was everything they said. Ryan Morales who I dealt with was very nice, straight forward and helpful and met us half way so we wouldn't have to drive so far (we're in New Mexico). They definitely make every effort to take care of their customers. I will absolutely use them when time comes to trade vehicles again. I highly recommend this dealership! More

I had an appointment to come look at the car and made it 4 days in advance. You would think in that time they would thoroughly clean the car - but no. They let us drive off the lot with a dirty car and an e 4 days in advance. You would think in that time they would thoroughly clean the car - but no. They let us drive off the lot with a dirty car and an engine light on that they said was just because the tire was low. They didn’t even fill the gas tank. We have found wrappers and candy in the car from previous owner. Less than impressed with that aspect especially when you’re dishing out 50k+ for a vehicle. The salesman was good otherwise but wish all these things were taken care of prior to us leaving. It still bugs us More
