From the first hello, Cedric provided the most incredible customer service experience and helped us find the car of our dreams. We had been searching for a Prius Prime and it seemed that the folks from other customer service experience and helped us find the car of our dreams. We had been searching for a Prius Prime and it seemed that the folks from other dealerships were not interested in helping us complete our search for our car without first taking our money. Cedric took a chance on my queries and was polite and when he didn't know the answer to my questions, he assured me he would call me back with the answers. In this day and age, the mere act of returning a call or following through on a task is rare. Cedric not only kept his word, he then introduced us to Ryan. Ryan helped to locate the vehicle and brought it to the dealership for us to compete our purchase. Just like Cedric, he kept his word every time he let us know he would call us back with information. To have 2 people with this kind of work ethic and follow through says a lot about this company. We know we have choices in where we can take our business and spend our money and so being able to work with these individuals has been such an unexpected and pleasant experiences.
