Jeffrie, It looks like there was certainly some miscommunication here and for that we do apologize. As per our system setup, you were first contacted by Mr. Martin, who mentioned that Fermin had left for the day before asking if he could assist. I certainly appreciate that you had already requested to hear from Fermin only, however we have an internal policy to never let an email go unanswered before we leave for the day and Ryan was just doing what I’ve asked, so please accept my personal apology. The last message we sent was requesting a phone number for Fermin to reach you on, however, if you are only interested in email, we are still more than happy to accommodate. Fermin is off on Mondays, however, so if you are okay waiting, I will have him reach out via email first thing Tuesday. Please let me know. His last sent was asking was asking for a phone number and when he didn’t receive a reply he must’ve forgotten to follow up - not an excuse, just my best guess. Good morning, Caitlyn. Now you see the problem. Mr. Martin responded to me at roughly 10:30 on a Monday morning, but according to your message, Fermin, does not work on Mondays. This has already created an atmosphere of mistrust. Yes, if Fermin would like to reach out to me directly tomorrow via email that would be fine. At this point, however, I don’t know if he will be able to overcome my concerns about the dealership overall.
