I purchased a 2024 acura integra type S from acura of ramsey. i had a trade in. i owed 11,700 on this car. on my bill of sale they forgot to include this payoff so they undercharged me. after delivery of ramsey. i had a trade in. i owed 11,700 on this car. on my bill of sale they forgot to include this payoff so they undercharged me. after delivery of my car, with a certified check, looked over by everyone , they hit me up later for the 11,700. naturally I was upset , and asked for some sort of concession as this was an unfair blindside. instead of being kind and trying to come to an agreement , I was berated by management that I “should have known” about this despite the finance manager , financier, salespeople, floor manager not catching it either. until after delivery of the car. i was accused of trying to “get one over” on the dealer and called a liar and worse by a floor manager named Justin Agamie. eventually, ryan offered 500 bucks off with a vague legal threat. i declined and just paid my balance. for me , it’s worth 500 to spread the word about the dishonest and borderline abusive practices I experienced here. stay away and literally go anywhere else for any other car. More

INCOMPETENCE or HONEST MISTAKE? Got an offer letter from Acura of Ramsey to buy my car. So I call them up...I speak to Jayline (Internet Sales Mgr). I send her my lease (Leasin Got an offer letter from Acura of Ramsey to buy my car. So I call them up...I speak to Jayline (Internet Sales Mgr). I send her my lease (Leasing Company clearly noted on lease) and pics of jeep. I tell her to please check everything out, make sure we can do a deal, because I don't want to go 20 minutes to NJ to the dealer if this deal cant happen! She responds all good, even sends a text offer to buy my car.....so it all looks good! I make the appt next day with Artie (Sr Sales Rep at Acura) at dealership for jeep inspection. Again...I double check with him, just to make sure no issues or deal breakers with the story Jayline told me. Yep ...Artie says we're still a go! So my wife an I drive to dealership and meet Artie. He takes some basic info and leaves to the backroom... 15 minutes later .....NO DEAL!!!! They can't buy my car... my lease is with CAL!! You decide... Did Jayline really forget to check my lease to see who held the lease? And did Artie...the senior sales rep on site....really forget to ask a basic question like who holds my car lease??? When I email the GM of the dealership...he tells me this was unfortunate but his team was under the impression my lease was with Chrysler capital... Now why would they have assumed that? More
