Hudson Nissan of Charleston was wonderful to work with. I was looking for a truck that had some uncommon features. I knew it was going to be difficult to find what I was looking for. I also figured it was I was looking for a truck that had some uncommon features. I knew it was going to be difficult to find what I was looking for. I also figured it was gonna take a long time to locate what I wanted. The dealership found the perfect truck for me less than two days! Not only that the price was well below what I expected to have to pay for it. Jackson Hile was my sales associate. He was instrumental in finding the truck for me. He went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. He even drove the truck out to my house for me to test drive it! I cannot recommend him strongly enough for any vehicle you’re looking for. He is very knowledgeable about the industry and is very easy to work with. No pressure sales pitch, just clarity and honesty! I consider him a friend . More

The vehicle I purchased was fine and the sales person I worked with was fine but the finance process was less than ideal. Finance dept assumes you’re going to opt into an additional package. When I decline worked with was fine but the finance process was less than ideal. Finance dept assumes you’re going to opt into an additional package. When I declined the additional package they made a huge deal about it like I changed something on my end but I never agreed to it during the sales process. So, that turned me off on the process as a whole. The finance supervisor who came in to talk to me also made comments about the vehicle I purchased that were negative comments regarding the vehicle. I guess entice me to go with the package. Either way, not a great ending to what I thought was a fine deal. Thanks to Nate for his sales help. Ryan in finance and you supervisor, do better. More
