It was really great. They gave me the service even after getting 1 hr late. They explained any and all condition of the car and what needs to be fixed. The service department took my car for a regular maintenance and recommended recall service. They did not communicate with me about the service time until five days later. My car was at the shop for maintenance and recommended recall service. They did not communicate with me about the service time until five days later. My car was at the shop for five days, I had to called the shop to get information about my vehicle. No one called me about my car. I had walked in the shop on the fifth day before the shop Manager handled the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. I did not expect that kind of service from Genesis of Clarksville. Hope they can fix this issue and make sure it doesn’t happen again. More
