My car is under warranty, Been there 3 different times still not fixed. Was told it needs to act up while at your facility,before repairs can be done. I feel like I am being called a liar. I brought my 2020 F-150 in for routine maintenance. The entire experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful with a couple of questions I had on another matter. I had a chance to look at the entire experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful with a couple of questions I had on another matter. Had a damaged vista roof. told it was $ 4100. to replace the entire thing but (other than the front glass, only a couple small plastic parts were broken. Using that logic, why don't you just make the entir the entire thing but (other than the front glass, only a couple small plastic parts were broken. Using that logic, why don't you just make the entire vehicle a 'kit'. If any single part needs replacing, the customer can just buy another vehicle 'kit'. scammy imo More

Brought my truck in because of the door latch freezing issue. After the fix was applied, I noticed the rear window would not roll up. I had been searching off and on for vehicles for at least 6 months. I have always been a Ford driver, and had my eye on the new 2021 Ford Explorers. I was referred over to speak to one of the sales reps, Rog 6 months. I have always been a Ford driver, and had my eye on the new 2021 Ford Explorers. I was referred over to speak to one of the sales reps, Roger Holland, and he was fantastic. He took his time with explaining the differences on models, upgrades, and also got me an excellent price on my trade-in vehicle. He was a great communicator through the whole process and even called me the next day to see if I was adjusting to my new vehicle. I also had to come in with my two very young children and the other staff members made sure we were comfortable (had some kid movies) while we had a short wait to sign papers. If you are looking for someone who cares about his customers and finding them the best vehicle for their family - I couldn't recommend Roger Holland even more! More

Great service and talented technicians. Made my appt last week as when I was previous in, it was pointed out that I had a oil leak.
