This was the least "painless" and least time consuming experience I've ever had buying a new vehicle. I knew exactly what I wanted when I visited their lot. They didnt have what I wanted (i was very picky on what i wanted) Instead of trying to sell me something off their lot, which most dealerships do, they found the exact truck I wanted at another dealership and got it to me in record time. A big "thank you" to Larry Guthrie for doing this for me. And, i feel i got a good deal.i walked away feeling these guys really respect and value their customers. My new "go to" guys the next time I'm looking for a vehicle. More

2018 F-150 Crew Cab Purchase I found a truck that interested on Weber Ford in Granite City and requested more information. I sent the request at 6:00AM and Russ contacted me at 9: I found a truck that interested on Weber Ford in Granite City and requested more information. I sent the request at 6:00AM and Russ contacted me at 9:00AM. Russ and I emailed six or eight times over the next two days. The reason it was over two was due to my work comments. Next, I test drove the truck and decided to purchase it. The truck was prepped and ready the next morning. I arrived at 9:00AM and met with financing and was leaving at 9:15. As I was getting in my truck, Ryan the General Sales Manager can out of the dealership to thank me for purchasing from them. Ryan and I started talking about the Ford Pass app. I told him I purchased a 2018 Raptor six months earlier from another dealer and could not get the app to start my truck. He told me to bring it by and he would get it resolved. In conclusion, everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgable. I will be back in a couple of years. More

From our intital phone call we knew this was a dealership that we wanted to work with. Which is what prompted our 5 hour drive!! My goodness we are so happy with our purchase and the deal we received. I would like to personally should out the salesmen that we worked with. Chris Phillips and David Powell went above and beyond to meet our needs and expectations as well as make sure we were comfortable by getting us coffee and pop to drink and such. They were very easy to talk to and made the experience very pleasant. Not something someone typically expects when going to a dealership! The sales manager Ryan Kaffer went above and beyond as well by helping us learn the ins and outs of the “ford pass” application for our vehicle. All three of these gentleman that we worked with talked to us more like we were there friends rather than just another customer who was making their paycheck! We have bought a lot of cars in our time, and I personally have sold cars on my own before and have never quite had an experience like the one we had today! It was great.... when I am in the market for a new car I will make the 5 hours to do business with them again.... if you’re on the fence about working with them, don’t be.
