Extremely efficient, no pressure purchase. I bought a used truck. Found it online. Had my own financing in place when I got to the dealership. They were quick and efficient. No pressure selling I bought a used truck. Found it online. Had my own financing in place when I got to the dealership. They were quick and efficient. No pressure selling. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out with my truck within one hour of arriving at dealership. Will go to them from now on. If purchasing a used vehicle make sure you ask for the fuel tank to be full. The only negative, the vehicle only came with one key. Also it didn’t have a key FOB. Wish it came with key FOB. It is important for alarm purposes. More

While Ryan was working with us while we test drove several used cars he was quietly working with two other clients. We would have never known it had he not told us. We felt like his only customer. He even put air in our tire that was low on our car, not the one we bought inpouring down rain. He’s a great salesman. Very personable and friendly. Also, we noticed that no grass grows under his feet, he’s constantly on the move husteling to do anything he can do to keep his customers satisfied. We would highly recommend Ryan and Cleveland Ford to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car!! More
