I enjoy golfing with the guys from work, and when I'm not golfing or spending time with my family, I'm watching sports or riding my 2020 Yamaha YZF-R1. I enjoy doing this for a living as I meet a lot of great people from all walks of life.

I apologized for the inconvenience this caused you. I offered to fill your gas up for this inconvenience and even delivered your vehicle back to your home. I explained that the recall had changed and Ford was not allowing us any more parts and that in order to get the parts we have to take a picture of our repair order and your vin number and miles in order to receive the parts. I apologized over and over again that your appointment was messed up and tried my best to make up for it.
