The service at Palmer is always good! Interesting though... I started getting a squeek in my Perfomance Exhaust engagement and recommendation is extensive replacement of exhaust parts. However, one of the service writers shared that the squeek is common and that white lithium grease will fix it. $6 later the squeek was gone. Not sure why the service tech in the back couldn't have applied the grease... More

Very disappointing. Purchased my Rubicon from Palmer's a month ago. I wanted Rubicon with side steps because it was too tall for my kids. The sales people said parts tea Purchased my Rubicon from Palmer's a month ago. I wanted Rubicon with side steps because it was too tall for my kids. The sales people said parts team can help with it. They showed me options to choose from and luckily they had the side steps that I wanted in stock. They asked me if I wanted to pay out of pocket or include it in my car price deal. Decided to include in a car price -> signed a contract -> Got a new car key and made sure when we had to come back for the side steps with sales ppl -> they said "parts team will give you a call when they are available". "Sounds perfect. Give me a call anytime. Bye!". -> Waited over a week, never got a call from them. so I had to call. -> Parts team said that sales and finance team did not include the side steps in my car price by accident, so asked if I could pay $1k out of my pocket. -> I said "I could. but please double check with sales or finance if they could change the contract or do anything about it before I pay and make an appointment.". "Sure, will do". -> Never called like the last time. -> I called the sales to see how he handles it. the answer was that he was getting different answers from a manager and finance team so be would give me a call after checking with them. -> has been a week, never called again. Super irresponsible, Untrustworthy. Lack of customer service. Just need to sell their cars 💵💵💵 I'm purchasing and installing my side steps from others. Never going back to Palmer's. More
