We went to Stan McNabb to purchase a new vehicle, I would have to say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership not only did they blow us off after they told us they would call to make an a have to say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership not only did they blow us off after they told us they would call to make an appointment which they failed to do I had to call them. During the middle of our deal their manager went to lunch and was unable to communicate with him and they then asked us to come back when the manager returned from lunch and said they would call us upon him returning from lunch that was supposed to be within the hour and 4 hours later we had not received any calls, so I called the dealership and was sent to voicemail and left a message and waited another hour and still no response. We decided to take our business elsewhere and we are so glad we did. Not only was the whole experience way better but we also purchased a better model for less money. I would not recommend this dealership or anyone that works here. I would never return here not even for service on my new vehicle More

I have to say terrible experience. We bought a Terrain from them. We overheard a conversation while leaving the dealership between two employees about how they can "lie point blank to We bought a Terrain from them. We overheard a conversation while leaving the dealership between two employees about how they can "lie point blank to a customer" and still sell a car. This was all said in a bragging way. It immediately felt wrong. Tried to talk to the sales manager about returning the car and getting a refund (understanding I would have to take some loss) and also spoke to him about the conversation. He seemed very unbothered and basically told me I am stuck with the vehicle. I filed a dealer complaint with GM. I love the vehicle, so it's not the worse situation to be in, but after my experience I would warn anyone to steer clear from this dealership. More
