Very positive. I went to New Motors not sure that I wanted to buy new Outback since my 2016 was working great without any issues. Since the salesman I had dealt with I went to New Motors not sure that I wanted to buy new Outback since my 2016 was working great without any issues. Since the salesman I had dealt with for the last 20 years had retired I wasn't sure who to talk to but I met Ryan and explained that I wanted to test drive a new Outback and he was very helpful, answered all of my questions and was able to compare and contrast the difference between my car and the new model. Probably about 3 hours later I was driving off the lot in my new 2020 Outback. More

2020 Ascent Purchase We ordered a custom Ascent from the factory through New Motors. Ryan Franklin was our sales person and he did a STELLAR job in taking care of us and e We ordered a custom Ascent from the factory through New Motors. Ryan Franklin was our sales person and he did a STELLAR job in taking care of us and ensuring everything we needed (and some things we didn't realize we needed and should have!) was taken care of. He kept us informed all along the way where our car was, and even called as production progress was made. We purchased our Outback here and were sad to trade it in, but getting the Ascent was worth it! The way we were treated has earned our loyalty and we will DEFINTELY be purchasing another car here in the future! More

Purchased our first Subaru I really enjoyed the car buying experience at New Motors. I would like to start by saying that we were looking to buy a mid-sized SUV for my wife. I really enjoyed the car buying experience at New Motors. I would like to start by saying that we were looking to buy a mid-sized SUV for my wife. We test drove a few and were pretty set on either a Mazda CX5 or the Honda CRV. We were heading back out to look at the CRV for the second time and said "as long as we are next door lets walk through New Motors". I am extremely glad we did! We sat down and talked with Ryan Franklin, our first sit down was very pleasurable. Ryan did more asking of questions to get a good feel of what we are looking for to match our lifestyle, we then ended up driving a 2020 Forester and really enjoyed it. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable on the car and told us just about everything about it on our test drive. We left and decided on the ride home that we needed to talk more about the Forester. Over the next week there was a handful of emails to Ryan with questions that he responded to in very timely manner. To bring this long story to an end.......we went back the next week to test drive with Ryan one more time and then we purchased and took one home the very next day!!! I would highly recommend New Motors to a friend and would definitely tell them to ask for Ryan Franklin!
