Parts from hinge repair are loose and a door trim piece is gone. Enough? So the work scheduled was a mess. You wanted to inspect, you did that at my home, the trip in was for repair. The kid at service is just to lame. So I was expecting under new management a far better experience. You failed in all facets of knowing what you are doing! More

Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change, which is way to long. There were 2 other women waiting in front of me complaining about the same thing. The service sticker that was put in my windshield said way to long. There were 2 other women waiting in front of me complaining about the same thing. The service sticker that was put in my windshield said next service at 139,089 miles (my vehicle has 60,000 miles). The backing from the sticker was also left in the cup holder, not a huge deal but it all adds up to a not so good experience. More

Getting service to follow up with me for new tires was a feat in itself. I finally was able to get a schedule and confirm an appointment for tires a week later. The new program of picking up my vehicle and feat in itself. I finally was able to get a schedule and confirm an appointment for tires a week later. The new program of picking up my vehicle and delivering it back to me was the game changer. Dave Walley is kind, professional and gets back with the customer quickly. I knew my car was in good hands. I do hope this new owner gets the turnaround time for service response and action fixed. This area of customer service was frustrating since the change in ownership/management. Everyone is very nice, but actions are uber important! More
