Words that come to mind are; Professionalism, Loyal, Honest, Friendly, Non-Pressure, Educational, Transparent and Fun! It’s almost like they knew what vehicle was best for me before I even walked in the door. The one I would love the most, while staying in my budget and expectations! On this most recent experience I was expecting to trade in my previous Lease due to affordability and being several thousand miles over my allowed milage. Ryan Dicken the Financial Manager (as he always does), explained things very well, so I could understand. What was the most cost effective and would save me the most money, both up front and in the long run! At Wickstrom they actually look out for you, save you money, never make you feel pressured, and not try to just sell you a vehicle to maximize their profits. Throughout my entire experience, even months prior to my Lease being up. Chris Krason was Fantastic! He amplifies everything I stated above. He had 2 vehicles out front ready to show me, before I even arrived. One that we had already discussed that I was interested in and one I never even thought of. This way I could compare those 2 plus my vehicle I was returning. Patient, explanatory, great communication and honest! Never once I felt pressured, that I was being taken advantage of or rushed. To say the least I couldn’t be happier with my 2025 Ford Bronco Sport!!! The whole experience was smooth, exciting and more than satisfied! A Huge Thank You again to Chris Krason, Ryan Dicken and the entire team at Wickstrom Ford!!! I have and always will recommend this Dealership & family. 100% 10 stars! My initial experience with Wickstrom Ford was excellent. I had researched several vehicles and found the one I wanted online. I made an appointment over the phone and stopped in within the hour. When I arrived, the truck was cleaned, washed, and ready to go. The sales professional, Alex Lopez, was superb. I had specific questions, and he knew the answers immediately. We went for a test drive, returned, and quickly reviewed the available options, extended warranties, ceramic coatings, and more. There was no pushy upselling—just clear, helpful information to guide my decisions. I also had a trade-in and had entered my vehicle’s information on the Kelley Blue Book website before arriving. The team already had that information and was knowledgeable right away, without making me repeat the process. We agreed on a fair price for both the trade-in and the new truck. After factoring in some significant discounts, we completed the paperwork, and I was on my way in just over an hour—including the test drive. I couldn’t be more pleased with how down-to-earth Alex was—he’s truly a pleasure to work with. He even gave me a quick tour of the service area. Thanks to the dealership discounts, I was able to add the ceramic finish coating for about what the truck would have cost elsewhere. Overall, I am highly impressed with the sales team and service. I would absolutely recommend Wickstrom Ford to anyone looking for a fair price and a knowledgeable team that makes the process efficient and professional. More
