He is extremely knowledgeable of each vehicle we bought. He is excellent at his position. Each time we brought our vehicles to the service department, we have worked with Joel Kitchen. He has shown professionalism in checking our vehicle in, having the Maintenace performed in a reasonable time then checking to make sure we are happy with the service. I am amazed how quickly Andy Butcher gets us through the financial portion of our purchases. He is extremely efficient and explains the final portion of purchasing a vehicle.
