Bought a Toyota Camry last year at this place, was young and naive and got basically eaten alive. Salesman lied about some stupid shortage and how I would never be able to find another one for at least a ye and naive and got basically eaten alive. Salesman lied about some stupid shortage and how I would never be able to find another one for at least a year. Fast forward to now, I’m ten grand in the hole on this thing. Stay away from this place. More

The entire staff of Brent Brown Toyota has always been friendly and professional. Each member of the sales teams always has a smile on their faces and are eager to help with any questions! The service department is quick to check your car in and perform the required or requested maintenance. The 2024 Camry Hybrid LE on October 18th is the sixth vehicle we have purchased from your dealer. Todd Robinson was instrumental in all of these purchases. He is extremely knowledgeable of each vehicle we bought. He is excellent at his position. Each time we brought our vehicles to the service department, we have worked with Joel Kitchen. He has shown professionalism in checking our vehicle in, having the Maintenace performed in a reasonable time then checking to make sure we are happy with the service. I am amazed how quickly Andy Butcher gets us through the financial portion of our purchases. He is extremely efficient and explains the final portion of purchasing a vehicle. He is professional and very friendly and that makes us comfortable with our transaction. He is also a good mate. My last purchase of the 2024 Camry Hybrid Le was quick and efficient. I love my Camry LE with the upgrades and especially the fuel efficiency. What a smooth ride, a comfortable ride and a safe ride! Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealer. Very poor communication. Service advisor didn’t return my calls or texts. Tried calling the service manager and he also didn’t return my calls. Wait Very poor communication. Service advisor didn’t return my calls or texts. Tried calling the service manager and he also didn’t return my calls. Waited 3 weeks for parts to come in and I’m the one that had to call the parts department to see if parts came in. They were in after a week and I never got a call from the advisor. I’d still be waiting if I hadn’t called. Won’t be going back! More

Rushed, difficult communication, tire rotation without balancing that caused me to return to the dealership immediately as the front end was shaking, all putting me in a time crunch. It added to my experience with the purchase a year ago wich tops the list of worst dealership I have dealt with over the past 50 years of purchasing cars and trucks in many states. On a good note, the actual salesman I worked with when I purchased the 4Runner was very good. The only reason I will return to Brent Brown in Orem is because I purchased the maintenance plan. I regret having done that as well. More

They could have taken it to another room where they could have discussed it in private. But we all has to listen to it. More
